Can you tell me more about your progress? What have you found out? Where did you go for information?

We have no assisted living facility in our community. We would like to make this possible within our community. Any info you could offer would be great.

Armour's assisted living facility has a LONG waiting list and our nursing home currently also has a waiting list. There is definitely a need for these types of services in our small towns with aging populations. --Susan in Armour

The assisted living facilities have helped so many families transition their loved ones from their homes into a safer place. In Tyndall, we also have a congregate living center (Northpoint Apts ) right next to our Tyndall Good Samaritan that is an excellent facility for people who want to downsize and still have the freedom of using their car and cooking themselves. Good luck. Judy
